Immigration Record Updates

You must update your immigration record within 10 days of an address change.

While not necessary, you may update the funding listed on your immigration record and document.

If you move to another immigration status such as Permanent Residence or H-1B, you should update ISS.

Updating your major? ISS will automatically issue you a new I-20 once official with the university.

Name changes should be reflected on your immigration record and document.

If you lose or damage your immigration document, you should request a new one from ISS.
