Dear reader,

The holiday week is almost here, and we want to remind you that the ISS office operations will be adjusted next week. All ISS staff will be fully remote next Wednesday, November 26 and there will be no in-person services available. If you need our assistance, please send us an email or contact us through our live chat. The office will be closed next Thursday and Friday in observance of Thanksgiving and Native American Heritage Day.

If you’re planning to travel internationally, including trips to Canada, please take a moment to check that your travel signature is still valid. If you need a new one, you can easily request it through MyISSS before you go.

Finally, we’d love to hear from you! Your experiences and insights help us improve our services. Please take a few minutes to complete the ISS Autumn 2025 Survey. Your feedback is truly valuable.

Wishing you a warm and restorative holiday week!
