Dear reader,

According to government data, you have not yet paid your I-901 Fee. You are required to pay this fee to the government for the creation of your F or J immigration record.

What is the I-901 fee?
The I-901 fee is paid by F & J students to the U.S. government for the creation of their SEVIS immigration record.

How do I pay the fee?
You can pay the I-901 SEVIS fee online through the FMJfee website.

What if I do not pay the fee?
If you do not pay this required fee, International Student Service will not be able to register your immigration record once you have arrived. This will result in the termination of your I-20.

What if I'm not attending UW?

Undergraduate Students
If you no longer plan to attend UW, email intladm@uw.edu so we can update your student record. Include your full name and student ID number so we can process your decline.

Graduate Students
If you no longer plan to attend UW, reach out to your academic department. The department must submit a petition to change your application status to declined.
