You May Be Eligible For An ISHIP Rebate!
If you were enrolled in the International Student Health Insurance Plan (ISHIP) at any point during the 2024 calendar year, you are eligible for a rebate from the premium fees you paid during that period. Students who purchased ISHIP health insurance coverage at the UW during the 2024 calendar year will receive a letter and rebate check from LifeWise, assuming that LifeWise has your current address on file.

The checks were sent this week by LifeWise to your local mailing address you have on file on your MYUW account. If you have not received your rebate check, please contact LifeWise toll-free at 800-971-1491 Monday through Friday, 5:00 am to 8:00 pm (Pacific Time) to verify your mailing address and to request reissue of your rebate check.
